Q1 : I need my order by a certain date, what do I do?
If your order needs to arrive by a deadline (ie for a show, exhibition, gallery, etc), please provide the date in the order notes when checkout. Although we usually meet our turnaround times, they are not always guaranteed. If we feel that we are unable to meet your deadline, we may send an email recommending rush order or express shipping fees before production. |
